COVID statement

As the UK Government and devolved administrations introduce general easing of Covid restrictions we have reviewed our own safety procedures and measures. We are very conscious that whilst an underlying level of risk remains, not everyone will be comfortable with the total removal of our safety protocols. Whilst the legal requirement for face coverings and social distancing have been removed, we will continue to ensure we carry out our work in a safe and Covid secure manner to protect our staff, clients and customers..

To this extent, we are pleased to confirm:

  • We remain committed to follow Government guidelines regarding the health and safety of our staff and the customers with whom they come into contact.
  • All our surveyors have been provided with, trained in and use PPE during property inspections.
  • Detailed risk assessments are undertaken to establish clear and secure inspection protocols with property occupiers ensuring the mutual safety and comfort of the property occupier and our surveyor.
  • Inspections will only be completed where it is safe to do so and the property occupier is happy and comfortable to allow access
