We have an exciting opportunity to join Connells Survey & Valuation as a Surveyor within a leading surveying and valuation panel management company in the following locations;

Watford, North Devon, Dorchester/Dorset, Cardiff, Swansea, Chichester/Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Newport, Monmouth, Powys, Leicester, Swindon, Bristol, Norwich & East, Norwich & North, Bury St Edmunds, Wisbech/Kings Lynn, Ipswich, Medway, Ilford, South East London, Kingston/Epsom, Eastbourne, South Doncaster/Worksop, Nottingham, Falkirk/Stirling/Fife, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Rhyl/North Wales, Chester/Flintshire, Sheffield, Leeds/Bradford, Hull, Scarborough, Burnley, Darlington.

This role requires you to represent the company in a professional manner, to work to a high standard and maximise productivity by undertaking survey and valuation work. To be a successful Surveyor you will need experience in Residential surveying inclusive of but not limited to, Mortgage Valuations, Home Buyers Reports, Building Surveys, Drive-By valuations and RICS Condition Reports. You will be required to have a detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology and have strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment. You will be an Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS and have a real passion for developing yourself to be the best you can be.
