  • Home Surveys provide a comprehensive report on both the internal and external areas of the property
  • Home Surveys are intended for the sole benefit of the prospective buyer only

MORTGAGE VALUATION

  • Mortgage Valuations are intended for the mortgage lender's benefit and not the homeowner or purchaser
  • Mortgage Valuations are not surveys and they provide no information regarding the structural condition of the property or any defects
